I heard an inteview with Tyka Nelson where she said that the song was in fact about his older sister but it wasnt about incest and Prince was just being silly/crazy....she also said that TMBITW was about his mother.

well i dont know but i do know 1 thing that when he left at the age of 17 or 18 when he moved into his new house princes mum gave prince bk his porn magazines that he had in his mum and dads house!!!!
