20Ten tech notes v0.2 prince is not hating on America. The song Lavaux is more an observation on the decomissioning of the [fill in name here] particle accelerator in the U.S., where-ever that is.
As C.E.R.N. continue their research into the beginnings of the 'Universe Somewhere Underneath Switzerland', or U.S.U.S., if you will, i'll have to consult Google maps for the rest of how to round off this half paragraph and indeed make some sort of point.
Erm. Carry on.

What's disturbing about this gif, though it's funny for the nut-nipping, is that the dobie seems to have ear wrappings on from being cropped. There is no excuse to crop a dog's ear at that age. I hope that's not what that is. lol.

Is that what that is? I thought they'd dressed it up! I always thought Dobermans were slightly different breeds in the UK to the US. Are you saying they're the same, but they cut their ears? blah blah blah

?
Maybe stop dancing and let some blood get up to your head instead of your feet?

I mean, I don't know those people so I don't know what is going on with those ears - But in the US we crop doberman ears and tails (along with other breeds too) when they're babies in a similar fashion to circumcision on humans. But I've never seen an actual dobie with its ears wrapped up in cones like that, lol.

I agree. I actually think it's illegal to crop dog's tails in the UK nowadays. Not sure though. As for ears, well I might be wrong, but I don't think that's allowed here either.
The tail thing, I understand why they did it in the olden days to working dogs used to catch rabbits, etc... I don't agree with it, but I understand the principal.
What's the reason for cropping a dog's ears though? What use is that? blah blah blah

Erm...As this (odd )thread appears to be about cropping household pets and large hadron colliders, and the only mention of Prince is, let's face it quite oblique, maybe it should be moved to General Discussion?

Pigs and sheep I understand (tails that is) And I've had to do piglets tails and teeth myself because the damage from them getting stood on can do is nasty and he damage from those razor sharp teeth on a sows teat is even worse ...but there's no good reason for dogs. And yes I believe BOTH are illegal here
