I'm suggesting that you actually film a 60 sec version of purple rain at the DC east coast org meet up. Use whomever shows up and post it on the org. (Kind of Jib Jab form-without the P music-so no law suits) Write the copy or we on the org write the copy. And presto we have an org version.

right. My DH grew up next to 8 mile and always told his navy buddies "I grew up right off of 8 mile" and they would gawk at him. I had to tell DH, "your 8 mile is not the same 8 mile in the movie"

8 mile is a lonnnnng road and pretty much goes from the worst parts of Detroit, to the down right privileged areas (Farmington Hills).
