Anyone have that in colour? I only have it in colour from the Controversy mags front cover, would kinda like it without the tite of the mag all at the top.

SOTT period is reflected in his live performances of the past few years. While his albums have been "meh," his live performances are incredible. He's the consummate band leader.

I don't think I've ever "met" anyone who wasn't digging the Revolution! You no likey? I think he expanded creatively with them... but yeah Shelia was a powerhouse. It was all part of the evolution of Prince I think, so I can't hate on them...

I'm just speaking from the perspective of musicianship. They worked for their time, but as everyone, he was influenced by all musicians he encountered, even those he didn't record with.

I wouldn't say SOTT was his best.

Free of carrying the Revolution? Outside of Wendy that's the band that was rocking the world with him in all his royal purple freakiness from Dirty Mind era on up to 1986

And the SOTT band had nothing to do with any creative input on the SOTT band most of that music is Revolution ie Dream Factory collaborations including Susannah Melvoin

Oh and I agree with that too. I'm just saying he looks older on that particular picture (taken in the morning at a News Conference if I remember well and not his favorite time to be up) but he still looks good... for his age. Looking older doesn't always mean looking bad, right?
