how much $$$ have u wasted on Prince?? looking back over the years i think there have been a couple of wasted dollars...

Vinyl LP's, 7 inch singles, CD's, CD singles, cassette tapes, VHS tapes, DVD's Concert tickets, travelling to concerts in Copenhagen - Denmark, Sweden, Germany, Holland, England
I have spent a lot over the years, but that's just fine,
nothing have been wasted.
Maybe the CD: 1999 - the new master and a few others were disappointing. Prince 4Ever.  | |

I don't wanna say wasted, but I got fucked over ROYAL! I bought all his albums on vinyl from the first album to Diamonds & Pearls...and in a fit of rage my mom BROKE THEM ALL!!! So I rebought everything on CD up to The Gold Experience...and she did the same fucking thing... Bought all my favs, which was still a good amount, on CD up to Rave...including several singles...and my ex husband somehow misplaces the CD booklet they were all in!!! I gave up after that... During my mom's recking times she also burned photos, posters, t-shirts and my love symbol vanished...I hate my mother!    | |

i don't know about waste, but i spent literally thousands on going to the cellys, and more thousands on the o2 shows, and more thousands on all the other gigs, and more thousands on all the pressed disc bootlegs in the 80s and 90s, and more thousands on the official cds and related artists stuff, and vinyls etc
i've easily spent tens of thousands on prince. if i wasn't a prince fan i could have bought a house earlier than i did, and i mean literally | |

I've spent quite some money on Prince over the years, although I actually don't have a clue how much. But I don't feel as if I've ever wasted any money on him (maybe I would have felt differently if I had also paid those $ 77 Just remember this : never regret anything that made you smile !! | |

)Less than a grand I think, our money not yours so thats $700US there, that includes mostly CD's new and used, Tapes and Vinyl (All 2nd hand) a few posters, books (Everything from Steven Ivory in 1985 through to 21 Nights) and a couple of posters years ago. Then theres the DVD's and the songs I have bought off Itunes like F.U.N.K. As I did not buy into Lotusflow3r, I consider it good value for money, 4 what I have got back. So what are u going 2 do? R u just gonna sit there and watch? I'm not gonna stop until the war is over. Its gonna take a long time | |

The only money I've 'wasted' was on the single Cream/Horny Pony...I've bought 5 copies of it because it just keeps breaking. Bought it when it first came out and it started to disintegrate (you could see specks if light through it if you held it up to a light), bought a replacement and it did the same. It then went out of print and I fond another copy whilst on holiday in LA...that got scratched. I now own a 3" Japanese import and another 'normal' copy...too scared to play them | |
