After Prince ended the business portion of his phone call to Pepe Willie, the conversation took a couple more interesting turns. "I said, "Well, Prince, what's going on? Can we hang out? Can we do lunch? We miss you, we love you,' " Willie said. "He said, I don't live here anymore." The recollection of this line made Willie laugh. "That's what he told me. Why is he telling me that when I know he lives here? He LIVES here. He's got a house here. He's got houses everywhere. So I said, 'Prince, we'll come to where you are.' And he says, I don't talk to people." Again Willie had to chuckle. "How do you talk to somebody like that? I didn't know what to say. I said OK, and the conversation ended." When Willie heard Prince's voice on the phone, he knew it was going to be entertaining, didn't he? "Absolutely," Willie said. Prince probably considered this talking AT Pepe. "And that's how I felt," Willie said. At any rate, Willie said now he wants to telephone Prince. Chances of that happening are not really good -- and I'm not just saying that because I still haven't heard back from Prince's lawyers.

In life "it's best to move on".

We walk across bridges that never burn only keep our lessoned learned...a smile or two perhaps brings the consciousness of what we do...closer to where we will BECOME...when you walk across a bridge to get to the other side...most likely we MOVE FORWARD ONWARD...rarely do we find ourselves traveling backwards across the same bridge...in our minds...and in our spirits...

SO "in life ~ "it's best to MOVE ON" with LIFE...EVEN if U have 2 say "goodbye" and "godnite".

Here is my comment to this one. Firstly it seems like Pepe is like Rick James Dying to Talk to Prince and I feel that if it hasn't happened for so damn long and stuff happened between them well,Prince don't wanna talk. I believe Willie & James should get over what's Ailing them with Prince and Forget Being Involved in Interaction of any Sorts. It's Truly Foolhardy on both their parts to think back since the 1980's. Isn't this Old News Already? PLEASE!!!???

First of all, I'm still wondering why this C.J. person is still sniffing around Prince's door...I don't live in MN, but of course I've heard about this woman.
What she is commenting on/reporting on is not news. She's grabbing at straws trying to keep her column afloat...what she is getting into is personal business.
If anyone, including Prince, ends a relationship because of personal growth -- or for whatever reason -- it's not the world's business.
When I was a newspaper reporter I was asked to be on "Eminem Watch" by one of my editors (I live in Detroit and was covering the city he lives in) and I refused. If the guy did something NEWSWORTHY (like win a community award or, God forbid, end up in the crime sheets) I would cover it just as I would for any other resident. But, IMHO, this woman has gone and is going too far.

This woman is obsessed with him, she probably fancies him as why else would she keep going on about it!

Do you Know what's Sad? Well CJ doesn't Care about Prince's Feelings. CJ actually should feel Stupid that Prince's fans think she needs Dick Action. She is basicallt writing articles for Minnesotans who couldn't really care less,but his fans think she is Mean to Him. I always said it's Terrible an African American Woman Disrespecting her Brother Man Prince calling him Symbolina. I tried to get her to forget it and be Christianlike but she Doesn't Care and will Continue in her words to have some Fun with Prince. I just think she should Try another Approach and not one of Put-Downs and Disrespect and Topics that Clearly will make him Upset.
