Greatest Romance What exactly is the greatest romance ever sold?
And what is cinnamon girl about?

Greatest Romance is Adam & Eve in the bible afaik. But "sold" makes no sense, "told" would have been better. (imo.)
Cinnamon Girl is about the war in Iraq afaik, the video is about this young girl growing up to be a suicide terrorist, (again afaik). Prince 4Ever.  | |

We'll have purple poodles walking us down the isle, and jellybean machines in every pew. Prince's diamond cufflinks and Christmas Tree hat will make the perfect companions for the whips and chains I plan on treating him to later on in our water-bed. No homosexuals will be invited to our wedding, but everyone is welcome to cross-dress if they like, in Jesus name. For ours, is truly, the Greatest Romance ever $old. "The Greatest Romance" was basically talking about scriptures and Adam and Eve and trying to mix the sex with the sacred.
"Cinnamon Girl" was obviously about the war with Iraq. | |

The Greatest Romance Ever Sold, Prince is refering to Vanity and himself. Her book which thus far has not been released supposedly covers the romance between the two. I guess the song is Prince's reply to what he thought of their romance. Cinnamon girl I dont know. | |

yes i want to know what it is about too. the lyrics really don't gel and you don't get a clear picture as to the topic. a few references to adam and eve, ok, but why? and why sold? look at the cd single with the gold coins stcked up all around? what's that a reference to? nice song, though, musically.
