I'm not sure what natural means.

I still see a perm, shoe polish black dye, and loads of product in the hair.

It appears that he's gotten stripes put in, and that it's shorter this time around.

But nothing about it looks natural to me.

It would be kind of cool to see a short cropped fro with a bit of salt mixed in with his pepper (Prince, you ain't fooling anybody).

As far as the makeup goes, it started to look strange about 6 years ago. Not yet "little richard" strange, but it's getting there.

His hair is as natural as mine - after I've had it colored and applied my usual four styling products in the morning. lol

Actually, mine might be more natural, since I don't have a perm.

He has perm on the top part of his hair, except for the ahaved-down sides and back, where it appears to be his natural hair. My niece cut her hair like that months ago, with the sides shaved down, and it looks good on her. I've been noticing that in NYC, a lot of young females/males, some older, are wearing their hair like that--shaved on the sides and back, and the females wear it either permed on the top/ front/back with bangs combed down or either in curls or with their naturally-textured hair. Some look good in it, while others may not. When I see those hairdos, it sort of reminds me of the early 90s during the Kid-n-Play era, when the "Fade" hairdo wes in style, but back then, most people wore their their naturally, textured hair with that 'do, mostly the men anyway.

I like it, except for the fluff part in the front. I think it's raised up too high. A little shorter in the front part may look better. Cool cut for the summer though.

Natural hair - hair not chemically processed, whereas if a chemical like a perm is applied, it would change the natural texture of the hair. In Prince's pics from the early days of his youth, where he had an afro, that was his hair in its natural state.

lol Yes, I know that.

I phrased my statement wrongly.

What I should have said to the original poster is, "I'm not sure what you mean by natural" in light of the fact Prince's hair is anything but natural.

I've been told his hair is not thick enough, but now I still want him to comb the top part back like that drawing! fit Even if that would require his stylist to add extentions or something, I JUST HAVE TO SEE THAT! And in addition, with that hairstyle, he should wear the exact outfit the cartoon has on too. My GOODNESS, that would be excellent. LOL. lol
