Susannah knew and respected friendship and honesty and commitment; Prince did not. Susannah obviously had the most influence on Prince's work because I would throw money at the assumption that he wrote more songs about her than any other girlfriend until Mayte.

Chemistry doesn't always last forever - it's just that when it does exist, it's strong, and unwavering and highly productive, whether in love, music, or whatever field is exists.

P also had a certain chemistry with W&L and these three women...W&L/Shiela are also the most talented of all the women he has had in his career/life. Perhaps that is why they still appear with him from time to time.

Jill Jones is a very accomplished singer, what could she offer on stage a good history of Prince music and a skilled vocalist, as well as the good looks. My statements were in objection to the idea that other female proteges/bandmembers that Prince was sexually/romantically involved with were definately not lacking in the brain dept. That was what the person I replied to said.

It was in response to why some of them aren't around Prince now, because Prince slept around. Prince had multiple girlfriends at the same time.

Vanity is married and an evangelist, she's been out of the industry for a while.

Jill Jones (I don't know their relationship) I remember reading something that troubled Jill when her (mother?) died. I guess Prince knew the family. And Prince was very silent in response, no consolation, no anything. I seemed like whenever that was there was distance between them.

Susannah and Wendy were at a few show during 3121, they both were on stage (according to a huge Prince fan/friend of mine) with him at a show and sang back up on A Love Bizarre, I think Sheila might have been there.

And Susannah is also married with young children.
