What year was it...

that Prince appeared on the Tonight Show With Jay Leno, when he was discussing the practical joke he played on Jay?

Ask yourself what songs he played. "The Work", and "The Ballad of Dorothy Parker".

What year was "The Work" released (aka what album?) That's your answer.

Well what was the practical joke that he played?

Although I'm your biggest fan...I'm also your biggest critic. Can you deal with that?

Prince pretended to be a carpenter who wanted to fix jay's chair, while they were in rehearsal.

Date was May 3rd 2001. Prince was also on the May 4th edition of the Tonight show, this is when he played 'Dorothy Parker.'

I have a dvd called "Prince - Purple Doves Interviews" which is Prince interviews from tv appearances from various points of his career. It includes the Oprah interview, Jay Leno etc etc.

I have never heard of the "2KTV" dvd, can you elaborate on this please?
