That last line definitely sounds like a pitch at "IRS".

Reminds me of the first part of the lyrics to "Dreamer" where he states:

"I was born and raised on a slave plantation in the United States, of the red, white and blue". But then again the supporting line after that (in 'Dreamer') leads you to believe it referenced something entirely different.

Only he would sing about some obscure wine vinyards in Switzerland and make it sound this good.
