Prince ripping off Rocko's Modern Life theme song on 20Ten?

I know I can't put up a youtube link to the European Prince 20Ten commercial, but the Prince song that they are using in it sounds like the Rocko's Modern Life theme song.

Wow,Prince cant make a song now days without people saying its terrible (Purple&Gold) or a ripoff (Chelsea Rodgers).

the clips posted sounds different than the Rocko's Modern Life theme song that I remember. the version I remember -- I thought Madonna's "American Life" kind of ripped it.
