The "...all the flowers that you planted sugar..." line from the Hits version of "Nothing Compares 2 U".
The guitar solo to "Dolphin".
The "U don't know what U mean to me..." section in "Adore" with the incredibly high notes.
The chorus of "A Case of U".
The guitar solo to "Lady Cab Driver".
The guitar/drums breakdown in "Mountains" (however the entire song is badass).

Lady Cab Driver - awesome guitar and synth "exchange" near the end of the song (already mentioned by many
Little Red Corvette (extended version) - building up near the end of the song leading right up to that bad ass scream and then the "clap clap"
La La La He He He (extended version) - "Yo relative, you just gon play that bass, you just gon do that line, Give Me That!!!" Followed by some serious ass bass slapping and manical laugh (thank you Sheena Easton)
I Hate U - the entire courtroom scene followed by that "hateful" guitar solo

There is a few. Diamonds & Pearls from 2:55 until the end.
When Doves Cry when he says "you got the butterflies all tied up, don't make me chase you, even doves have pride" and "Dream if you can a courtyard, an ocean of violets in bloom, animals strike curious poses, they feel the heat, the heat between me and you"
And in The Beautiful Ones when "you make me sooo confused". I love each time when he says those things in the song, but that last one is my favorite.
And I love the begining of Pink Cashmere at :17 when he makes that moaning noise.
In Adore when he says "just what you mean to me".
Those are a few of my most favorite.
Reading through other people's I was reminded of Computer Blue. I just love it like halfway through the song when it changes into another sounding sound. And also in that song when he says "there must be something wrong with the machinery".
And while I'm adding this into my post, I would also like to add that one of my favorite ones is in the song God in the begining when he is making all those noises. And my favorite noise out of all of them is that really high pitched noise he makes. [Edited 7/25/10 20:59pm]
