Prince - Your dream set list Alright, I'm sure these have been done a gazillion times, but they inevitably are always fun to re-contemplate.
If you could hire Prince to do a 3 hour set list for you personally, no restrictions, what would it be?
Here is mine: (trynig to place it in the order I'd like to hear them, but not as important)

I've always had a dream of Prince playing with a huge orchestra, so with that configuration and his normal superlong medley format, I'd like to see...

It would be curious to hear what you had in mind on your segues. I'd be very skeptical of Eye Know transitioning into Thunder.
The ones I bolded were some hard ones to leave off mine too
And you and Dave are not alone in digging Xpectation. THat's another one I had a hard time leaving off, but 10 to 12 minutes of a precious set list is just a little too much to eat up for an instrumental jam like that.
If we had two nights Xpectation would definitely be on there. As would AnotherLover and a few others already mentioned. | |

In Sandy Eggo...he was playing bass and piano at the same time...the lighting was geat...it was awesome! Some mouth harp player came out and blew like a volcano. General admission...$40. | |

+ some....Lotus plus. I think it would chalenge him some. Force him to find a way to present studio creations in a llive fourm. A The Hits/B-sides tour would b cool too. The same order as the album too. It b a great gimmick to definitely get more people to see more than one show. Each one would b HIGHLY unique instead of a tad different.50% Prince and 50% new songs or cover songs  Bounce party y'all

The divergence of the set lists here is really amazing. Which is great.
Of all the songs folks have listed so far, these are probably the ones I would interchange with almost any from my own.
