Eh, they were what they were. Prince only appeared on one to my knowledge, the first one (with a Tora Tora voice). Rhonda Smith, Geneva (I think), and Salome, and others hosted the show at times, then it finally became a computer voice on a Mac computer doing the "DJ"ing. It went from a varied show of new music and independent artists to a big ass club mix of Prince songs. One month is was just The Rainbow Children album, which really served as a rip off. No other music that month, or an ahdio show. NPGMC stated it was a "member only exclusive preview", which is fine, but there was no other music to fulfill the obligation of the club's promises (another early sign of his bullshit business tactics).

You own them, and you see the track lists above. Decide that you like, or take a chance and choose a new one. I listen to #8 a lot too.

I could say I found the Ahdio Shows more interesting than the tracks from Year 1.

I especially liked the first ones. The last ones became a bit boring for me.

I have listened to them all now for the 1st time.

I will give them all a second listen to over the next couple of weeks, there are some pretty good live tracks on there.

Not something that i will return to again and again, but nice to have as part of the collection.

I've seen the tracklists on these before just couldn't pull the trigger on any of them besides #8. Most of the music released via NPGMC was well-below average IMO.....
