Prince wants you to stop whining, hop on that cupcake, and hold that cherry.

I always wondered of Prince thought it was funny. I did like it even though SNL hasnt been good since Eddie Murphy left. For some reason, I think he appreciated the Dave Chapelle pancakes parody.

that's because if there's anyone more fierce about getting stuff off of youtube than Prince, it's Lorne Michaels. there's not much SNL stuff out there for very long. have to go to their site to get it, and only what they decide is worth putting up.

its so funny that no matter how old Prince gets and no matter how he changes..he is forever portrayed as the weirdo from the 80's and early 90's.

You are right. I see idiots at Halloween last year still wearing their mother's blouse, a purple coat and a jheri curl wig to look like Purple Rain era

Why does that make them idiots? Why can't people choose to dress as Prince in his most recognizable style?

Exactly! If last year I had gone as Prince from the Dirty Mind era, for example, no one except my fellow orgers would know who I was trying to be (I'd probably also have spent the night in jail). Basically, the general public only recognizes the Purple Rain era so that's why we go with it. I'd like to go as Morris one time but no one would get it. Gotta go with what works.

Oh yeah and Nancy Grace's scary dancing was quite funny.

Since Eddie Murphy??? (1983)!!!!

Mike Myers, Dana Carvey, Adam Sandler, Tina Fey, Will Ferrell, Adam Samberg all of them have some of the best characters and best sketches ever!

Are you sure your not benn livin under a rock for the last 25 years?
