The people I surround myself with are grown ass adults, so there's none of that,

"Ewww you listen to that?" kinda nonsense.

last time I had that was 15 years ago when I was at University. My room was next to the 'lounge' area and I had Prince playing loudly...when I went in to the 'lounge' after I got the piss ripped out of me with people singing in high voices, making jokes aboutRBIb removal etc.

The joke was that, it turns out, most of those turned out to like Prince...but didn't want to admit it in front of the others.

I have to say that I find Prince really hooks people easily - for as long as I've liked Prince I've managed to get most people in my life interested simply by them over hearing. Don't think much if his stuff now would do that but certainly Pre- Newpower Soul is an audio magnet for the casual ear

There is a broad spectrum of people in my life, so that why I asked.

Well, experience showed me that you'll find a Prince fan when you least expected it.

Turned out that one of my FAVE professors is a huge Prince fan, and I found that out by sheer accident, and not your avarage "Purple Rain and thats it" fan, I'm talking about a "bootleg freak/collector" fan lol

That was last year, she was reviewing my paper and the two words title in her Iphone looked fimiliar, when I squinted my eyes, sure enough it was Wonderful Ass on pause faint and the album was The Work Vol.2

When I sang you don't understand my quirky ways/my crazy logic leaves you in a daze in a low voice while she was still reviewing the paper, she showed her whole 33 teeth like I just handed her a milllion dollar check lol
