Nay for it being a good song, but Yay for being so bad it's good. My girlfriend thinks this song is hilariously cheesy. So do I.

Yay. It's damn funny, and his vocal style here is refreshingly different. And yet is still comes off as somewhat soulful.

I like it. Sounds very personal -- like meant to be heard just by the girl it's written for. Maybe why it's a B-side.

Well, the surgery line is pretty awful. I mean, I've seen quite a few surgeries. They are kind of tense and bloody. Not really how you want your lovemaking to be. Probably.

Other than that, though, I love it. . ."she don't blush 'cause she's so damn free". . .*sigh*. . .I think it's a beautiful song.

We should think up alternate lyrics for the surgery part and send them to Prince so he can re-record and release it. What do you think?

When we're making love it's/you're like. . .chemistry? a raging sea? life is sexy? an angel to me? a muse to me (I think Madonna already used that)? a savior to me? Yeah, all of these are awful, but STILL BETTER THAN SURGERY!

"When we're making love you're like a raging sea" sounds like a Prince lyric, actually. Can anybody imitate his voice well? We can have you record over that part of the song with the new lyric, and distribute it as an act of charity to those of us who love the song.

the surgery line to me is about being delicate and percise...not blood and guts..

the only verse I don't really care for in this song is the

So far it appears that only Shorty gets the "surgery" line. Surgery is performed to cure illness and make a person FEEL BETTER. Al ot like love-making wouldn't you say?
