Its a 1 track and japan issued I think This was issued to radiostations in Japan, after that the colour coded printsheets and silkscreen labels found their way in the hands of a japanese fan who duplicated and printed a batch and sold some originals to other fans (along with a shitload of printsheets for Madhouse's "24", Mavis Staples's "The Voice", NPG's "Exodus"...) After that he made some copies, which are exactly the same as the original CD-r promo and sold them in 1998... These go for about $100 - $150 nowadays... Unless the guy prints some more and floods the market with them the price will probably slowly raise in the coming years... Neversin. O(+>NIИ<+)O

So really, just a handful are "real", and the others are perfect copies. Very interesting. Madhouse Music has a different Japanese promo of Endorphinmachine, so my reference was a bit off...
