Ashton Kutcher is such a girl at times. But, I guess a man who creates an entire video whine-fest about the 'audacity' of neighbors renovating their homes when he is sleeping is liable to complain about anything.

poor celebrities cant say anything without someone making a big deal out of it.

Ashton is not a real fan of Prince because if he was he'd understand and even enjoy Prince's "2 hour jazz interludes". Instead he's a fair-weather fan that wants Prince to perform "When Doves Cry" or "Kiss" only. The songs (like he said) HE likes.

And thats exactly why he doesnt play for people like him. He sounds spoiled. If he only wants to hear the popular songs EVERYONE knows, his opinion doesnt really matter anyway. I wouldnt play for people who dont want to take the time to understand my music either.

Prince wasn't there performing for his fans. I do find it odd that at "fan" shows he charges through hits medleys, but when he's playing for a mixed crowd, he wouldn't bother to throw some hits in there

I kind of agree with Ashton though, Prince has soooo many songs in his catalogue some amazing ones he NEVER even plays, it would be nice if he revisited them, the jazz jam with his band sans Prince onstage is getting a bit old unfortunately..

This reminds me of last year when I was walking out of the Club Nokia show on March 28. It was the third show of the night and the couple exiting in front of me sounded very disappointed. I recall the gentleman saying that they had just payed $150 to hear Chaka Khan sing "Sweet Thing." This is the show where Prince performed "When I Lay My Hands On You', "Journey to the Center of Your Heart", "When The Lights Go Down", and "In A Large Room With No Light" along with other non-hits. While it was amazing show for us true fans, I could see how the casual fan would not have enjoyed the show as much as some of us.

That couple would have been happier if they had attended the first show that evening.
