The full video of The Continental was aired the night before the Ryde Divine special and Carmen was in it. I think he was referring to the Glam Slam Ulysses video on the Crystal Ball liner notes. My belief is that it's totally about him and Mayte. So many lines can be related to her at the time. It was a good little video too. However, you're also right in that "The Continental" (edited to the radio-friendly 3 minute version) would have been a decent single as well. | |
