Don't forget about Larry Graham. He appeared to love working with Larry. I've never heard him as excited about any other artist but Larry Graham. I don't think prince is interested in femininity per se. I think he is more interested in smashing gender boundaries.

I think he simply found something that got people talking, and interested in him..then ran with it. But after over 30 years of it, Im sure its forever a part of his real persona now.
