A Princely event?

I've been watching for white smoke at Paisley Park. This week I am again hearing rumblings that Manuela Testolini is looking as though she has put on weight. A musician claims that the consensus among another set of performers is that Prince's wife looks heavier. The musician swore to me that she looks "thicker" and told me to listen for clues on Prince's next release. Since Prince spends so much time in Canada, where Manuela is from, and in Europe, I'm not sure anybody in Minnesota actually remembers what he looks like. For one thing, a couple of people dispute recent Prince sightings at Ping's on the grounds that an employee of the Asian restaurant looks like Symbolina. Then there's the question of whether I really trust some guys to gauge a subtle weight gain. "What, she had PMS and someone thinks she's pregnant?" said a laughing Melinda Jacobs, who sits next to Prince and the Mrs. when they show for Timberwolves games. "She's tiny. Give her a break. I don't know for sure. Maybe she is." Jacobs says he's great with kids. "My kids [Cole, 12 and Maddy, 10] forget that he's Prince, an international superstar. Cole is more interested in Look out, Prince, I'm sorry you paid $200 a seat, but I need to catch that hat they are dropping from that stupid air balloon thing." If Manuela's pregnant, we'll all know soon, unless Prince keeps her under wraps.

Sad...a womans happiness is her womanhood and her role as a wife and a mother...but this looks like a "lets not but" or lets say "because" ...conditional! So things happen, some things don't and some things do, one should RELY on THEIR God if in doubt...but to lie and have somebody lie for YOU is conditional love...Damn we all know the truth will one day be shouted! (someday in one way or another)

They sure have gone a long time without a sighting.
No Prince sightings in Maui, Minneapolis or Toronto.
But if Mani is pregnant, I can't blame Prince for wanting to keep it on the down low until they are sure the child is gonna be okay.

If Mr. and Mrs. Nelson do not want the world about xpecting baby (if it is true at all) we should respect that.
There are some things in live that do not need to be shared with the public. Even if you are a superstar...

Prince was just at the NBA game here in Minneapolis Monday night watching Minnesota beat Toronto. His wife was not with him.

You are so correct in this but as I mententioned above, this SHOULD be a happy time for the mother...it is none of our business but I feel he needs to rely more on HIS God as he wants us to believe in ours and put things in the hands of the one he should trust...Mani or anywoman for that matter should NOT have to worry about things like this when pregnant...IF SHE IS PREGNANT, but then you know the press/gossipers...maybe she just dont want to go out. I myself dont like going and just sitting watching men run around a basketball court thats just me. they have every right to keep it private if they want.

It's totally natural to be curious about someone being pregnant or not.
I wouldn't blame him if he is hiding her from the media. If I had experienced what he did, in his last voyage there, I would be extremely cautious this time. I am sure it was traumatic enough for him to not celebrate this time until he was sure all was well.

I myself had ALL planned C-section babies and early they were to avoid labor, if so my life and the life of my baby was at risk, but when i found out I just said hey "EVERYBODY I am pregnant" knowing everybody KNEW the chances I was taking but I knew,I just knew my God would take care of everything and family and friends just prayed...and I believe the more prayers the more power and I and my babies survived...Two of them and I almost died we barely hung on by a string but YEARs later with technology and early due dates arranged..everybody else was just fine... ...

hey guys i'm glad CJ actually owned up to her mistake about the prince sightings at ping.

she'll be on one of the local channels tonight (the WB 23?) to do or say something. i dunno, i just caught a glimpse of the promo clip last night.

The musician said look for clues in the Prince album. Nine track "Xpectation" could been as that yeah? Who knows...

If they are having a baby, congratulations to them. If not, Prince what are you waiting for...like Nike says Just Do It!


I also don't see why having a baby would even suggest that there shouldn't be a Celebration. If the Celly is only 4 days this year that isn't that much time away from his personal life. Besides I bet Prince enjoys the Celly for the most part, and it does bring in $$$. Everyone is usually very happy with the Celebration. It's really a bit to early to speculate that there might not be one this year. I can still hear Prince saying at the second Celly that we should do this every year,until we can't do it anymore.
