Because, a Japanese audience have a goodtime and enjoy the concert. no drama just appreciation. Plus they clap in a polite nice orderly fashion. Prince likes that sort of thing. lol! 8)

Maybe he's happy to be in a land of people who tend to be the same size as him?

Because the Japanese arenot fat. Remember,he mentioned this on his website, when he had one.

Because the Japanese are sometimes kind of eccentric and freaky, like him. I used to know a Japanese piano player who used to remind of Prince in personality (musically virtuosic, prone to erratic moods, locked himself in the music room at lunch time to practise, twisted sense of humour, promiscuous with the opposite gender).

About 80% of you probably do considering that's about the amount of Americans who support the war in Iraq, last I heard (please correct me if needed, I'd like to be wrong about this). I'm not "anti-American" however (my girlfriend is American). I just think the the way the country is run is amazingly screwed up at times in comparison to other first world countries and I feel sorry for you that you have to put up with the crazy shit that you do.

Someone famous once said that you'll probably only get along really well with about 10% of people you meet in your life (or was it you'd get along with 10% of the world? anyway...)...so...I hope it's higher than this, but America is a big country and 20% of the people there not sucking ass isn't so bad.

I attended 10 ONA shows in UK and Europe, I really love the UK, but after I spent time in Europe and came back to America, all I can say is Iam so glad Iam American and America doesnot suck.We arenot in control of what our leaders decide and do., and there are many Americans, probably most of them ,that are hoping and or praying for peace,If you lived in Iraq you would never have the freedom to say Iraq sucks

Because it's old and full of culture. Beautiful and serene
but also very cruel and threatening. Especially in the big cities where these two worlds collide I suppose inspiration must be hitting an artist from all sides. It's not just about the concerts when he's on tour, he sees more than just the arenas. He might not do the 14 day bustour through the mountains and step barefoot through a ricefield, but he'll find the time to hang out in some cool places. You can hear that in the performances. Just listen to the Osaka, Tokyo downloads, it's right there. and true love lives on lollipops and crisps
