I doubt that. Let's not forget that the "original" version of "Va Va Voom" is in the hands of collectors, ripped straight from the CD given to the DJ. © Bart Van Hemelen

It was an attempt at bullying on alt.music.prince a long time ago, against yours truly.

But, as stated earlier, there's the hundreds of one-off cds he's used for personal use. Howard Stern had the "All Along the Watchtower/Best of You" on CD, and that LA dj had "Turn Me Loose"... so those exist somewhere. "Hey Hannigan" is impossible to find - I have a Real Audio clip of it, I play it in a few loops to get me to 2 minutes or so, but I've never heard the whole thing or met anyone who has it. slave/new world was the main one i was thinking off tapewise, there are supposed to be about 50 copies of 51 hours. the cd's you mention weren't left with the dj's, prince's people turned up with the discs, let them play it on air and took them back so they couldn't copy them hey hannigan was only circulated amongst a tight group of people. cosmic day was another of those tracks that reached legendary status, but hey hannigan blows cosmic day out of the water, particularly some of the remixes. it's one of prince's best unreleased tracks Seeing that reminded me that I did get that at a gig at Paisley Park. They were wrapped up in a piece of paper that had writing from Prince and the NPG on it, but I would really have to do some digging to find it to see what it said. Anyone else have a scan of it handy??? TRUE BLUE

I'm thinking it was now, since after the wedding the parties stopped for quite awhile. yeah, maybe a year? but that's not uncommon with prince. look at the gold experience for example. they had the two tracks streaming on love4oneanother.com at the time. i remember listening to them from a computer. i could have been listening to anything being played from a walkman, down the phone, and out through the in built computer speaker as was the quality, but back then you would marvel at being able to do such a thing, even if the results were shitty. amp was great back then, reading up about the parties and gossip that was updated often
