Name of Prince Documentary?
Could somebody please provide me with the name of the Prince documentary which featured Miles Davis George Clinton Terence Trent D'arby Fans etc, who had their opinions on Prince.
It also contains the Prince stunning execution of partyman on bass and the documentary finishes of with the Ladder I believe.

I seem to recall it has a few other artists speaking - Eric Clapton saying he just does not get how people do not "get" Prince, Little Richard saying " a little of something beats a whole lotta nothing" about Prince releasing too much.
Can't remember many of the other clips of Prince himself as I get muddled up with the content of BBC Ominbus "Prince Of Paisley Park" doc. I think it might have some brief clips of the 1988 lovesexy aftershow from London (Camden palace?) with a snippet of Just My Imagination and Mica Paris joining him on the mike at one point [Edited 6/9/10 5:51am] Just somewhere in the middle,

Paris...."look at those shoes, spotlight on the shoes!!!", "Tryin to make me look stupid eh?"...Daddy Pop video, Leys go crazy Rehearsal..."He touches on a lot of subjects like masturbation...bad choice if words" etc etc | |

The Omnibus documentary is called "The Prince of Paisley Park."
I think you had pieces of both in your post. We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves. | |
