http://sandrarose.com/201...-100-gala/ Even if you’re an A-list celebrity you’re still not worthy of breathing the same air with his royal highness Prince. Some celebrities are narcissists who aspire to be celebs because they naturally think they’re better than you or I.
For most of them, reaching the pinnacle of success simply means they are placed on a lofty pedestal so they can look down on others. Surely this is the attitude of Prince, who snubbed FOX News dignitaries such as Sarah Palin, Glenn Beck and Judd Apatow who mingled with the likes of Harvey Weinstein and Mexican billionaire Carlos Slim. None of those names were big enough for the high and mighty Prince who sequestered himself in a darkened corner, according to Page Six. Sarah Palin is a 'dignitary'? Jesus, Fox News really is scraping the barrel. And 'Mexican Billionaire Carlos Slim'? It makes a differemce because he's a billionaire? Please. Then again this is Fox News. Surely the most disreputable, unethical broadcaster on the planet. I'm sure a totalitarian state broadcaster would be more honest. Hang on ... Fox News is a .....

Christopher said: TheVoid said: From this thread: http://prince.org/msg/7/288549 "Call My Name" was debuted live on a radio station (I can't remember which one). But in the morning show that was debuting the album Musicology, Prince actually phoned in for a live interview. In the interview the radio DJ's asked him what he had for breakfast. Prince answered "eggs". Now there are three postulations that could be possibly derived from his answer. First, Prince is not truly a vegan as he claimed in the Rave Un2 the Joy Fanastic era, or that he's swapped his diet from a vegan diet to a vegetarian diet. One could speculate that he did this once Mayte left the marriage cause he no longer needed the supple, velvety skin of a vegan to impress Mayte. Moreover, Mannuella, being as homely as she was would accept Prince just the way he was, with rough, dry, non-vegan skin covered in a layer of expensive MAC makeup. But I seriously doubt, Prince swapped his allegiance to veganism if he was indeed a vegan to begin with. Prince has proven that once he's committed to something, (like God), it's a theme he carries with him throughout his life--sort of like hair relaxers, bad wigs, and perms (these things will always be associated with Prince). The second is that he altogether lied about being a vegan. There are many reasons why one could speculate on this, from him wanting to seem more earnest about animal rights than he really was, possibly so he could win a PETA award since we all know Rave wasn't going to win him any other awards. But I don't think this theory is true either. If Prince wanted to win an award, he could easily write an award winning album--yes, he's still got the touch whether you folks believe it or not. Which brings us to the final scenario: He just flat out lied about having eaten eggs that morning. I think this is the most likely scenario cause Prince has a tendency to dodge questions--even very non-intrusive, simple, questions. If an interviewer asks Prince, "what inspired you to write 3 Chains of Gold", Prince would simply lie and say, "God did", when in reality he was probably masturbating to pictures of Freddy Mercury while listening to Queen's Bohemian Rapsidy. Of course, I'm not even going to touch on the possibility that he's been lying about his sexuality either as that's a topic for it's own series of threads or a new forum. But the simple matter is that it doesn't matter what the question is, if the question is of a personal nature, even on a very innocent, non-intrusive level, Prince will go in to politician mode and answer the question he wished you asked him instead of what you actually asked him, or he'll just resort to a quick, convenient lie. And why wouldn't Prince lie? We all lie? We learn to lie at the age of 3 according to the latest science reports--it's all part of self-actualization. Prince even mentions, in his song Do U Lie that he himself lies. "Do you lie? I lie" he says in a manner one could imagine Richard Simmons using when flirting with David Letterman. So no.. Prince does not eat eggs! He simply doesn't. .... so my take is that Prince could possible well be a vegan (who knows?), but that because he's so devoutly religious now and his religion doesn't require it. And because he's prone to very radical gear shifting when it comes to ...well, anything... that it is at least possible that he's become some variation of a vegetarian or that he's adopted a 'regular' diet again. Who knows? I would imagine whatever diet he's choosing to eat, he's doing so with extreme moderation. The boy is skinnier now by far than during Musicology, and he's about as skinny or as on par with his frame when he was doing the heroine-chic look during the Gold Experience days. Let yourself be open and life will be easier. A spoon of salt in a glass of water makes the water undrinkable. A spoon of salt in a lake is almost unnoticed.--The Buddha agreed! omg

Yes, someone who has a mainly Vegetaraian diet, but occasionally eats seafood are Pescetaraians, if you wanna give it a specific term. Personally, I'm a lacto-vegetaraian since I still consume dairy. Hopefully, I can transition to Veganism in the forseeable future.

They were saying those people were dignitaries of Fox News. Do you know what a dignitary is? http://www.merriam-webste.../dignitary Main Entry: dig·ni·tary Pronunciation: \ˈdig-nə-ˌter-ē, -ˌte-rē\ Function: noun Inflected Form(s): plural dig·ni·tar·ies Date: 1603 : one who possesses exalted rank or holds a position of dignity or honor — dignitary adjective It is fair to say that Sarah Palin and Glenn Beck have reached an exalted rank or hold positions of dignity or honor within Fox News.
