Playback issues with Prince Ultimate CD Apologies if this is in the wrong forum, or is a repeat of an earlier thread.
I've just recently been given a new laptop for my 30th birthday, and as a test of it's audio capabilities, I figured the Prince Ultimate CD would be perfect. Unfortunately, the sound quality was terrible, completely distorted. The sound was akin to a TV showing static on top of the music on both CD's. However, playing any other CD, videos online, and MP3's all sound fine. Did anyone else have any issues with this CD and know how to resolve it? So look into the mirror, do u recognise some1? Is it who u always hoped u would become, when u were young? | |

Mine plays fine on my laptop.
Have you tried ripping it to the HD? Fuck the funk - it's time to ditch the worn-out Vegas horns fills, pick up the geee-tar and finally ROCK THE MUTHA-FUCKER!! He hinted at this on Chaos, now it's time to step up and fully DELIVER!!

I may have to rip it on to the hard drive, I just found it strange given that there were no issues on my last desktop (which is potentially older than some of the people registered to this place!).
