Let's say a CD was produced for a "casual listener" for those that already had the Hits collection,"Very Best of" and "Ultimate" and you're not going to use any of those songs.

And since this is for fun, let's ignore who has the rights to the songs and at most have 18 songs.

but anyway, I think the best option would be a "Hits 3" that collects all those tracks that were used as b-sides for Peach & Controversy in 1993. plus a couple more of the Batman tracks.
