Spike Lee namechecks Prince I saw Spike Lee speak tonight... very cool overall, but he also namechecked Prince twice in his talk... once as an example of people who make a career of doing what they love (along with Michael Jordan), and once as a funder of Malcolm X when they ran out of money making the film.
It was a great talk overall, but fun to hear a few mentions of P as well  | |
