Statement from the Lotusflow3r Development Team: Thank you to orger Gav for passing this on and being a point of contact! Please be advised, no orger had any say in this and the message is merely being passed on.
Dear LotusFlow3r.com members,
We were saddened to hear today that the earliest adopters of LotusFlow3r.com were charged $77 for a repeat subscription to the website. We did not expect this action to occur automatically as we had not set up a recurring billing script in our code. After getting on the phone with the payment gateway Authorize.net, we found that the subscriptions were being renewed on their end. We immediately discontinued the recurring billing for all further subscriptions and we will be refunding those who have been charged. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and are working quickly to refund anyone who was charged for a second year. Please be aware that Prince himself had no hand in this and that the error was due to lack of thoroughness on our part. Sincerely, LotusFlow3r development team Studies have shown the ass crack of the average Prince fan to be abnormally large. This explains the ease and frequency of their panties bunching up in it. |

Thanks again to Gav and Mars23 for keeping us informed. We can only hope that this statement does actually come true and with the swiftness. In the meantime, daily calls/online checking with my cc company.  |

Poor Prince can't catch a break.
Thank goodness the developement team took care of that in a hurry. The Idiots (you know who u are) here at the org were ready to send out for Prince's head on a stick. I can certainly understand the frustration but some here are just plain ridiculous. Prince please hurry up and tour or put some goodies up on Lotusflow3r.com (if the is going 2 b a year 2) to help cool the panties around here. Thx. Peace. It was obvious... the website was named after the album....thats it...done with Short term marketing.. I never wanted to pay 77 quid for one album, so I bought a physical one from HMV...the £15 mis-priced one haha! | |
