I bought it from http://www.madhousemusic.co.uk/ as a chrimbo present for a friend, and it arrived 2 days later despite it only being a few days before xmas (well done Madhouse).
I've got another 2 copies coming from Amazon, which should be here the week after next. And I STILL haven't received my club copy.  Some people are like Slinkies...
