well, in all fairness, he's probably just lazy or his accountants are.
last year it was widely reported that he never even asked back his huge
deposit of 270.000 dollars for beverly park when he left there.

my dad is in taxes and there's always the same people, every single year
who see to their shit on the very last day, or even the day after that.

it's not like they are unwilling to pay or don't have the money, they
just can't be bothered doing it on time.

he's probably like "oh stop whining, i'll pay you in a while"

when something like this comes up about somebody famous its usually more a bookeeping screwup, shady accountants, or something other than prince just not paying. do you really think in an organization like his that hes the one that sits their and pulls out the checkbook to pay the bills?

I liken P to a guy who doesn't show up for jury duty the first time. He'll do it if he gets the second or third notice, but he's just seeing what he can get away with. He's got plenty of cash after Mu$icology, 21 nights, and the numerous Cd's he's released over the past 5 years (Remember he's making a HUGE cut off that stuff). And Paisley Park has been a money making studio for years now. Also P doesn't live as large as he used to.

Half a million in back taxes isn't all that much to this guy. It's not even April yet. Not as big of a deal as some people are making it out to be.
