Prince Article I was just reading an article on yahoo about Hendrix, and it listed 10 random guitarists influenced by Jimi. For some reason, I found it a little offending but kinda funny at the same time. Prince was listed as #6.
Here it is: 6) Prince: As a gifted multi-instrumentalist who can play the guitar the way his Darling Nikki pleasures herself in a hotel lobby with magazines, Prince has suffered from making too much music and being too much of an egocentric creep (in a field jammed with egocentric creeps). But if you find yourself a solid Prince fan, he or she can pick out what you need to hear and you should be on your way. Just pay Prince for it or else he gets testy. April usually brings showers

That bothers me when people say that. I'm a music lover & a musician & music is my life. We can't help that we make hella music, it's what we love to do! It's inside us. I find nothing offensive in this at all!
Gifted....yes Makes too much music...and we like and want more Egocentric creep...as well he should be (after all we'd rather hear a song about him than let's say the Minnesota Vikings lol) Pay Prince or he gets testy....baby deserves every cent! | |
