I had this, but with the tv and the radio. Watching tv or listening to the radio, sometimes I feel strongly I have to do change to radio and or another channel. Very quick Prince voice come throught the box, the last time singing "Purple Rain". It has sometimes, I nearly come to late and I only can listen to the last 30 seconds of the song. That's a pitty!

on belguim t.v we have a very famous comedian.who's very good in doing famous personality's.(u almost never se the difference as the real person).
so he did a joke about our goofy prince from belguim called prince laurant (he's well know'n by us off being very stupid and driving very fast with he's cars).
so in the scene the comedian acts like the prince driving with his ferrari (yellow like in sexy mf) and when he opens the door the song "my name is prince" is blasting out off the cars speakers .very funny
woekie woekie!!!

I was watching a rerun of the Simpson's the other day, I think it was one of the Halloween specials. It was about fairy tales. Bart and Lisa were trapped inside of a witch's house (Hansel and Gretel). Homer breaks through the walls of the gingerbread house by eating his way through. He stops and says, "Mmm, sugar walls." I never caught it before. I'm sure they meant it to be a joke...not unintentional.

You know the Simpson's love to make fun of Prince. They've done it so many times.

that reminds me of an old episode of MST3K - where someone in one of the cheesy old movies says "it's vanity!" and one of the robots replies "or maybe apollonia!"

There's a ton of Princisms in The Simpsons...

Hullabalooza episode, Ottos shoes start speaking 2 him: "Don't Worry, We won't hurt U...We Only Want U 2 Have Some Fun"...

There's also a scene in Radioactive Man where the screen splits into 4 squares with computer nerds in each one, and on of them is clearly P tapping away at his keyboard...

There's also tons of "Formerly Known As..." references.

There was also an episode where they were in the future (think it was Lisa's Wedding) and Kent Brockman produces a list of wanted celebrities...and The Artist Formerly Knows as o+> appears.

In Lemon of Troy Millhouse uses the line: "This is what it feels like when doves cry"

In Homer The Great George Washington says "Let us party like 'twas 1799!"

in Short Films About Springfield Apu has also said "I'm going to party like it's on sale for $19.99!"

I think of some more 4 u...

Oh, I heard that in an episode I've not seen yet (Privately Saving Homer) Homer goes to a jukebox and plays "I Would Die For You".

and one of the Treehouse of Horror episodes I remember a Prince symbol appeared in the credits...and one of the guys working on the episode had the prefix 'The Artist F.K.A...' or something.

...god, am I a Simpsons Nut or wot!!!
