Funny Prince Reference on a TV Show Later Tonight.

I just saw a promo for tonight's episode of ABC's Castle. I have never watched the show, but I know the general idea of the show.

The guy's female partner picks up a weird shaped piece of metal, and says "What's this?"
The guy Castle, in total deadpan face, says, "Maybe he was murdered by the artist formerly known as Prince".
