I know where you've be looking. I might get it if it's a tracked version of Lovesexy. I have all the remixes and extended versions already on vinyl and cd.

it's weird that the cd singles are not more widely available, they have all the 12" versions plus i'm guessing pristine 7" of alphabet st., the other edits of the b-sides are available on "the b-sides" so, really it would be better to just hunt down the three CD singles (and possibly a tracked lovesexy)
nonetheless i'd buy a pressed one...

No, it's slightly different. The tracks actually fade (slightly). That's because of the way they had to produce cds back them.

I seriously need to find a 'tracked' version of Lovesexy! There are many times when I just want to hear the title track (my favorite song on the album) but I have to go through all the other songs just to get to it

Whats the quality like on Glamslam Escape 12"?

I've got a rip from my old 12" single and it's godawful, raspy quality. Could do with an upgrade

Btw, I got a promo version of the Alphabet St. CD single, and the extended version and album version are both one there - identical. Wierd that both are included. I need to get a lfe too...

i just googled it ( ) but someone said about it:

all the 12" singles and edits are clipped and over-modulating...usually singles are cut hotter than full albums, so you have to lower the levels when recording them

the album sounds pretty good, check out a program called Click Repair to remove the surface noise, works like a charm.

only alphbet st. pt 1 + 2 may be difficult to get, maybe from a promo? oh maybe long version of escape as well, then

Why would Glam Slam have to fade out due to the CD manufacturing process? There's a big-ass gap right after it.
