'Soul Plane' is WAY worse than Graffiti Bridge. That movie was just plain garbage. The only reason it was worth watching was for Sofia Vergara and that hottie black chick with the sexy eyes (don't know her name).

What's funny is, my friend bought 'Soul Plane' because Method Man is in it, and he's a fan. Then he left it at my house, he had brought it over to show me how terrible it was. I called him a few days later and I was like "Yo, you left the movie at my house. Want me to bring it back?" and he was like "Nah". LOL

Then what's even funnier is that someone stole it from my house. I was mad for a second cos I don't like people jacking my shit, but then I remembered how terrible the movie was and laughed. Somebody thought THAT shit was worth stealing? LOL

Thanks for including the site. I looked at the top 100 best and obviously this is based on personal opinion. I was trying to find was used to determine how these ranking were compiled. There weren't any, it only listed his credentials.

Voted the worst by an actual film critic. I love it.

Still, I want Prince to try again. And not suck so bad this time.

Ain't seen the film, Graffiti Bridge. But I do have the album. The album is great. He had a great understanding with Mavis Staples who is a great believer and Gospel singer. He had to explain a certain lyric/song to her (not on Graffiti Bridge) before she sang it. And she sang it. This tells me the understanding and knowledge Mr P has. He seems to be so misunderstood.

I'll bet Graffiti Bridge the film was misunderstood too. My guess. But I have seen Under the Cherry Moon and again, this film was misunderstood. So many would rather mock Prince and aware people like him than understand him. Live and let live in love though (Spandau Ballet).

Normally "black movies" are directed by an African American and the cast is usually 90% African American. Therefore some of these don't fit that definition.
