A song for Sheryl Crow? At the British Rock n Roll Hall of Fame (2007), Beyonce introduces Prince and says, among other praising things, that he had written songs for other artists "including Chaka Khan, Sinead O Connor and Sheryl Crow." Sheryl Crow? Am I missing something? Surely that's a mistake. I mean, I know she appears on the Rave CD (Baby Knows) and he covers her song (Everyday is a...) but I don't think P wrote a song for her. Or if he did it hasn't been released.
Anyone else notice this? I just caught it watching the DVD Lotus TV. Stand at the crossroads, and look, and ask for the ancient paths...(Jeremiah 6:16) www.ancientfaithradio.com

Anyone else notice this? I just caught it watching the DVD Lotus TV. Maybe they were talking about "Baby Knows" from the Rave album. I know it wasnt a song really written "for her", but thats the only thing I can think of that they may have meant. | |
