Sarcasm or not, the whole situation is that if the main source for music is not in yout00b videos, the case is even more ridiculous.
But it is not just the leaking of music, also his íntellectual property' (if that exists at all) that he thought was at stake. Fair use must, at all cost, be defended against attacks like these.
