He's a big fan can you imagine them at paisley park, recording with prince? they might actually be the first people who could go without sleep longer than prince. prince would be nodding off at the desk and they'd be on his piano, or swinging from the chandeleers. and true love lives on lollipops and crisps

I'm sure someone out there will be able to link to a youtube vid of them singing 'Ice Ice Baby' or somesuch. I'd do it myself, but that would mean there was a possibility of hearing it! blah blah blah

I think Prince should travel the world and listen a lot to other cultures music.
Then he should let his inspiration do the rest.

I think he didn't mean literally that he doesen't listen to other music and by that, I primarily mean new music. A few names have always come up when he has been asked about this. As he said on Tavis Smiley Show recently, he likes to listen to female vocalists rather than males.
A few names comes to mind as Beyonce, Sade and Bjork, he probably has all their albums. He also has expressed his liking of Amy Winehouse, Maxwell and D'angelo at some point. I would recommend the albums of Joss Stone, Duffy and Katie Melua. [Edited 3/1/10 12:00pm]

I would turn him onto Moloko's "I Am Not A Doctor" or "Statues". Roisin Murphy's solo album, "Overpowered" is also another sweet taste of ear candy for him. If it breaks when it bends, U better not put it in!

What is she, like 12 years old, though? If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot.
