Hello all, I was watching That 70's Show on a channel called "MTV shows" the other day & there was an advert for the normal MTV channel. It was just clips of musicians performing & including all of today's stars like - beyonce, lady gaga, lil wayne, katy perry, florence & the machine, all the usual suspects. However, it also showed a quick clip of Prince perfoming during what I imagine would be late 80's or early 90's. I was quite suprised to see him shown with all of today's chart toppers, he was the only one over 30 in the clip! They didn't even show Michael Jackson!
Even though I don't really like MTV, it's still nice to see Prince isn't completley forgotten by the "mainstream".

Thats cool. MTV AND VH1 suck. Why are the even considered Music channels. They barely play videos. It's mostly reality shows like "Jersey Shore"

I wonder what clip? what song did they play ?

Wasn't it an advert for the biggest selling artists of all time??

It was the "gett off" video i believe and less than 15 seconds.
