Prince The Sunday Interview

This is my first time seeing the interview today...

That was one bizzare yet strangely cool interview it's 100 percent 90's Prince lol

not coming back to America till 1999 lol

I love this interview so many funny parts. I love the way Veronica handle him and all his antics. This is a classic Prince interview. smile "U're mama does my hair" ha ha.

Watched it live at the time. I know it was his 'Tora Tora' persona but i just thought he came off as arrogant, rude and silly.

'Billy Jack Bitch' rehearsal at the end was great though.

The 'Billy Jack Bitch' footage made the preamble worthwhile. If I remember rightly, there was a camera on stage with him as he performed, and he moved around and about and was very animated. Marvellous.

Aside from that interview, the Gold Experience concerts, album and the whole NPG Exodus album and appearances - The White Room in particular, springing to mind - was a fertile and enjoyable period for Prince. Some great music - especially when you incorporate the Come album - as they were all recorded at or about the same time AND the various VH-1 video performances and The Beautiful Experience video and maxi-single. Prolific and tuneful. ahhhh, if only...

not even slightly funny at the time-though later-i kinda laughed eek

but a very odd way to sell an album and tour

billy jack was brilliant though and proves-P really should avoid interviews at all costs-and just perform

and yet, how satisfying. I don't know.... pissed off and trying to work things out... Gold (not purple &, just gold). At ease and content.... Lotus flower. I know which I would prefer... we all know Prince makes better music when he's pissed off.

Hell, I was embarassed for Veronica. Prince was a complete asshole in this interview, like he was when Dick Clark interviewed him.

how many people on here are Prince fans? seems 2 get comstantly criticised on here. How can anyone take that interview so seriously as 2 pass judgement? it was fun and weird, nothing mean spirited about it.

Prince was mad weird in the 90's i love his 90's day's as many people on here do.

He was more rebellious then and angry he wanted it his way or the highway i like that era alot=]

I Have seen quite a few interviews from the 90's prince gave such as Good Morning America, Today Show, Rosie, Sinbad & others there are all very good
