I love both "Dreamer" and "Colonized Mind", I love "Back To The Lotus" To me as good as anything he has ever released. That's a mighty compliment.

To me right now, he seems to be more in tune with the times with his rocker side, for as much as i love his funky side, he has been Sir Nose Devoid of Funk for 20 some years. I love funk, but to me funk is Parliament, its Funkadelic, Its JB, it's 80's Prince, Its loud, crazy, sweaty and nasty.....and in some ways witty.

I would be charitable to call MplSound and most of his 90's work childish and dimwitted, ...so to me, for Prince to release a rocker on a rock station is a good sign.
He seems to be more Ying & Yang than usual lately. M-sound & Lotus, now Purple & Gold and another rocker.

Maybe he does suffer from some multiple personality disorder, because if i didn't know, I would be hard pressed to have guessed that the dimwit that made MplSound and Lotus were the same dude,

I completely agree, and this sums up how I view his music. I don't believe he could write a truly funky song to save his life these days (at least to my liking, anyway), but when it comes to rock, I think he's at the top of his game. So yeah, I'm looking forward to the new song.

See even I did it, so why don't you just not do anything and your dreams of Prince in the 80's will not come true and you can rest happily knowing that he has not messed up his legacy any further.

Im not a FAMBOT matter of fact I just about disliked most 90's albums he made, however I think in the past 10 years he has done his most cohesive work since Batman. I'm just not one of those people who wish he would "go back" and I accepted this LOONG time ago.
