Play In The Sunshine I've been diagnosed with Vitamin D Deficiency. I'm also Lactose Intolerant, so milk products are out of the question! My doctor gave me a prescription for Vitamin D supplements. I just picked it up and on the bottle, the Pharmacist put...Take two and play in the sunshine, three times a week.
So I took two, put my iPod on and listened to Play In The Sunshine by Prince while laying on the hood of my hubby's car in our driveway! 
I'm feeling much better already! Thanks Prince!  I knew from the start that I loved you with all my heart. | |

 yes you must play in the  but just remember if you lay on the hood of a car have someone flip you once in a while as so you don't bake into the paint
& that sucks you are deficient in VitaminD | |

Vitamin D deficiency is very common. People just don't eat enough foods that are high in vitamin D anymore. And with all the sunscreen we're advised to wear, you can't synthesize enough of it, either.  We don’t mourn artists because we knew them. We mourn them because they helped us know ourselves. | |

I have no reason to lie about it but since it's common knowledge around here that I do earn my living using Photoshop,..there's really not point in me posting a picture because I can just as easily take a picture of a prescription bottle and make it say any damn thing I want it to. Just look up Vitamin D Deficiency and see for yourself if there is any reason WHY a Pharmacist just would do something like that. I knew from the start that I loved you with all my heart. | |
