Impossible to say really....
But I've always had a soft spot for the solos in 'I Will' and 'Dinner with Delores'. Great two part harmonies. Nice, well structured melodies, and not the random wailing that Prince is occasionally fond of. | |

Quite a recent one was the live version of "crimson & clover" on Ellen of all places,very good and reminded me of the 2006 Brit awards with his Purple Rain in2 Let's go Crazy melody....

I love in the SOTT film when the guitar does a to and fro (that's a technical term, y'understand) with the horns. He does the same thing on the Vegas DVD, but I can't remember which song. These make me happy.
