I was a fan until I heard that Prince did not like the term fan since it was derived from the word fanatical. I guess you could call me a fam or one who loves and appreciates his music. Out of respect I just use other words for fan...I am a supporter, admirer, or fond of his royal badness

I'm not gonna lie:

I'd say I'm 75% "fam" and 25% "fan."
