Same here. I thought P & others went 2 these shows 2 raise their profile & 2 hang out with the cool people. I`m shocked if they do get paid 4 just showing up. I thought they may get free clothes & that`s it. Maybe that`s why P is name checking so many designers in his songs lately as we all know how much he loves the $.

Celebs get paid to attend lots of things, believe it or not. Many celebrities have made it their career to show up at nightclubs and events. It makes the place or event seem "hip", I guess. Lindsey Lohan and Paris Hilton are compensated nicely for being clubbers.
