What I would like to do is discuss, some live performances to compare between the two!

There are a few excellent prince videos that I have where he is playing piano\keyboards live, but I know that I'm not able to post them...

First.

No Steive isn't better on Piano. Neither is Stevie. I do like the stuff she did with Fleetwood Mac though, you should really check it out.

I don't think S-diddy isn't any better than -diddy, but I think once you've reached their point of talent, how would you even gage such talent? How would one quantify, or for that matter, qualify it?

Although none of them are classically trained pianists like Flava Flave (believe it or not, he is classically trained), nor have released an album in years that is as ferocious, fresh, and artistically meritorious as Lady GaGa (face it--she's the next Duke Ellington in heels), both hold their own and have transfixed a world with their compositions. For both, it's not a matter of blazing through scales and coming up with the most awesome chords--it's about touching our hearts. So, it's hard to compare.


I really want to say Prince is the most talented, but after the release of the Vikings fight Song, Purple & Gold, I can no longer say it and sleep with a clear conscience.

no, Stevie Wonder is better on piano then Prince. I don't recall Prince doing any piano bits live since 2004? I could be wrong though... But Stevie is better...

Yes, I give Stevie 6 blind points, but Prince has a bad hip and sometimes uses a motor scooter, so I'm awarding him 4 bad joint points.

Are Stevie's senses really stronger though? If only we could stand them both against some sort of wall and throw things at them. That would sort out this whole thing and we could have a winner and throw more things at the loser. Who would probably be Stevie, just cos.

But, what does it matter, really? I mean, if the majority here side with Stevie, would that change anything for you? What's important is that we ever got to hear the wonders (heh) they are both capable of!

Did you guys know that Stevie is also one helluva drummer as crazy as that may seem. Prince and Stevie are both incredible musicians period!
