Tough to pick. See, he looked good in different parts of each movie.
UTCM had some bad-hair occasionally (like the side-part, dried out lookin hair), but the clothing was just perfect!
PR's hair, I didn't like one bit, esp when he sported the "hair fresh out of rollers" hair on the bike, whilst he kissed Apollonia. Clothing was so-so. 
In Grafitti Bridge, he had some bad hair moments too. The clothing sucked, imho. Loved him in the E&F and TTB numbers!
After careful consideration, UTCM comes out as the winner! | |

U know...I think every look that Prince was rockin N those movies have gone w/ the times.
It took a while 4 me 2 get used 2 his curls in PR 
UTCM was just fabulous but sometimes he was 2 pretty
